Kraft Foods China Ranked Top after Thousands Voted

[April 18, 2013, Shanghai] – Randstad Group, the world’s second largest human resource service provider, held Randstad China Award Ceremony in Shanghai yesterday. Kraft Foods ranked top after thousands voted and won the honor of the “Best Employer in FMCG” by its outstanding performance in finance, corporate management, salary and reimbursement, and training. The award was one of the only two industrial awards in the ceremony.

Randstad Awards are based on the world’s largest employer brand surveys②. This year, more than 10,000 Chinese interviewees were interviewed online by ICMA, a third-party survey company. The interviewees were asked to select employers they knew from 150 largest employers and express whether they would like to work for the employers they selected. The selected employers were then comprehensively evaluated  by 10 key factors③ to determine their awareness and influence.
